The Count ALFREDO d'HORRER, listed in the Italian Nobility Register (1933) as well as his brothers and sisters,was born in Forlì on January 5, 1867. He married Teresa Pilotti on November 24, 1887. He was registrar of mortgages. He was a most sociable man with a brilliant conversational style. He also had artistic gifts and was a caricaturist and wood sculptor. He owned a house in Piazza Guido of Montefeltro where he lived, and which his daughter sold as a life annuity a few years after his death. Known for his steadfast character and honesty, he faced all of life's trials with dignity and was esteemed by all. He died in Forlì on June 5, 1942, and was buried in the Romiti Cemetery. He had one daughter:

  1. DORA d'HORRER, She was also listed in the Elenco as entitled to the title "Noble of the Counts d'Horrer." Born on September 27, 1888, she was still living in a retirement home in 1969. Like her father, she is buried in the Romiti cemetery. She remained single and childless, so the Italian branch of the d'Horrer family died out with her.
